Let’s face it, we don’t always follow good ergonomics protocol when working on the computer. In fact poor computing posture may be even more egregious at home.  Here’s a simple-to-understand, lighthearted video that helps to remind us to avoid those awkward positions when computing.

Now, sit up straight and support your back, with feet on the floor (use a footrest if you need to), arms comfortable, hands and wrists straight and floating above the keyboard and mouse, and screen at eye level…at least for the next two minutes and 17 seconds it takes to watch this video!

Parents, this is a good reminder for children, too!
