Mindful Eating-Conscious Living is a 5-day intensive experiential program that offers participants an opportunity to explore the intersection of mindfulness, eating and their relationship to food.
Participants will journey together in this 5-day retreat to mindfully explore how their thoughts, emotions and physical sensations impact how they relate to food and their body in skillful and unskillful ways. The training emphasizes meditation practices and eating awareness exercises, so that participants will be able to pass the benefit of these exercises on to clients and patients in a variety of settings.
This intensive training is designed for clinicians in mental health or healthcare fields and clinicians-in-training in these fields, therapists and counselors. It will support and enhance your meditation practice in a retreat setting while embracing self-care and compassion in order to see clearly the connection of body, mind and heart.
