Every Body Walk!

SCPMG’s own Bob Salis, MD, is the physician spokesperson for this campaign with a mission to get America walking! Dr. Sallis recommends that adults exercise weekly for 150 minutes, which breaks down to about 30 minutes of brisk walking, five days a week.
