Dr. Beltran, minister of health, Wounded HEARTS Foundation, highlights an acronym for C.O.U.R.A.G.E., developed by Michael Lee, MD, and a courage-building exercise developed by Dr. Melanie Greenberg, a clinical psychologist specializing in cognitive-behavioral, integrative (mind-body) and emotion-focused approaches.
