  • Review the risk of poly-supplement use with patients.
  • Assess and determine the barriers to participation/treatment for multiple facets of wellness.
  • Develop and implement a personal action plan based on age, gender, marital status, etc., to increase well-being.

 

About Heidi Meyer, MD: Dr. Meyer received her education at Northwestern University, University of California San Diego, School of Medicine, and her Family Medicine residency at the University of Arizona, and is a diplomate of the Academy of Integrative Medicine. She is a delegate on the San Diego County Medical Society and the President of the San Diego Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Meyer spent the past two years developing a fee‑for‑service Integrative Medicine Program at KP San Diego, which will launch later in 2016.
